Summary: Its always in the in-between where we feel most lost, but why?
A/N Written for writerverse for the prompt 'Lost'. 

You know that feeling when your mind is in the in-between of being asleep and awake. When you slowly begin to lose control of your own mind, and the thoughts that rush through it. You begin thinking about the meaning of life and death. You think about the future whether that be tomorrow or five years from now. You start to forget why you went to bed in the first place and contemplate getting up because you are afraid - afraid to face the unknown. Its not until you along with the world drifts away that you accept that you’re simply lost within your own creation.
